Pre 1983 ATC200 have split rims - 1983 and after are 1 piece. 200s and 185s have 4 / 110 bolt patterns while the M, ES and plain 200 have 4 / 140 (I think) bolt patterns. The ATC200s and 185s have 8' wheels - the ATC200, ATC185, ATC200M and ATC200ES have 9' wheels.
